7-Year search for the existence of criminal records from individual county courts, multiple-county metro areas, statewide repositories, or federal courts, as requested.

Social Security Number Verification :
Can help you verify application information. Returns name and address information for the last seven years for all individuals that match the provided SSN.

Credit Report (Tennant screening or Pre-Employment):
Shows applicant's debt load, payment history, public record information (liens, judgments, bankruptcies), addresses, and past and current employers, if available.

Motor Vehicle Driving Report:
Past driving history in all states that candidate possesses a valid driver's license. Covers maximum time period under issuing state's applicable law.

Employment Verification:
Verification of employment dates, position, job performance, and rehire status, if available.

Educational Verification:

Urine Substance Abuse Test (DRUG SCREENING):
NIDA (National Institute on Drug Abuse) certified testing facility provides a comprehensive 9-panel drug screen. This is a certification of the presence of amphetamines, barbiturates, cocaine, marijuana, PCP and opiates, methadone, propoxyphene and benzodiazepines. Samples may be collected either at a designated collection site or performed on the employer's premises (certain restrictions apply).

Personality Profile Test:
16-Factor Personality Traits assessment product measures an applicant's mental abilities, motivation/interests, and personality. When the results are compared with the benchmarks for success, a reliable indicator of an applicant's true job match and future success is revealed.

Improve your success ratio by collecting as much information about the applicant as possible before ordering the background check.
Include questions on your employment application to obtain how long the applicant lived in the country in question and their address. Since many foreign workers "Americanize" their name when they reach our shores, be sure to request their full real name. Many countries index criminal record information by the
mother's maiden name or require a government identification number to pull records, so ask for that information as well.

The more information provided at the start of the search will improve the success of the search since it minimizes communications and narrows the scope. Employment verifications are more likely to be completed if the business phone number, dates of employment, position held, and salary (if you want that confirmed, too) is provided. Success with education verifications is dependent on having the years attended, date of graduation or anticipated date, the name enrolled under, student identification number (if available), and type of degree and specialized certification obtained
